Had a much better start to this week so far. First three days I’ve written around 5300 words.
Down side is that those total the output for three chapters. Hardly long enough to encompass a proper chapter. They do need a rewrite after the draft is complete, but either they will need some major extension work or I will have to combine them and reduce the number of chapters.
Mist and Shadows 
eh, worry about that later – unless you think there is a lot that you missed out this time around! lol I never used to write in chapters – in fact, I’m now trying to break my first novel down into them and I think it’s going to be an interesting task.
This time around, for TCM, I’m writing in chapters from the start but they are very very short…. I think when I have 10K I’ll reassess them and change where they are so that I can keep up a good pattern throughout the book. It’s all a learning thing, sometimes short chapters are called for, sometimes longer ones.
