Finally finished the rough draft of the fourth and last story for the third volume of Pure Escapism. Just need to rewrite and edit it and one other and they will be ready to be released.
This one is called The Merchant’s Legacy and revolves around the minotaur Nhaqosa, who appeared in the very first short story put out, The Pit.
In it, he had the band of former gladiators that follow him travel across the lands dealing with bandits, spider-beasts and the hostility and suspicions of common folk as well. Determined to do what is right in a world that no longer values it, he finds it a thankless task and one with high costs, but one he will carry on doing none the less.
